Frequent questions

The app does not find the board.

The whole board must be in view, with some ground around it. If Find board does not work, tap the four corners by hand.

A bag was counted wrong.

Fix the counters before confirming. If you want to help us: tap Report, note briefly what was wrong, and upload the round later under Settings › Recordings.

Where is the highlight video?

At the end of a game or a Säckli Ten. Save it to Photos with Share or save; otherwise it is deleted with the recordings.

My iPhone is full.

Each round takes about 35 MB. Under Settings › Recordings you see the space used and can delete videos. By default they are deleted after 7 days.

Does the app need the microphone?

No. With the microphone it hears bags landing on the board and counts a little more reliably. You can turn it off in the settings.

The battery drains fast.

With the camera, Säckli uses about a third of the battery per hour. Bring a power bank for long games.
